Originally from Buffalo, New York Lori’s family moved to South Florida in the early 1970’s where she lived until she moved to Live Oak in 1997.
While visiting friends in Live Oak she fell in love with the small town and wanted to raise her family in the relaxed, beautiful area.
She relocated there and became involved in the community through various organizations such as coaching her daughters soccer team, joining the APT and co-forming a Girl Scout troop.
Fast forward to present day she can honestly say it was one of the best decisions she’s ever made! Now her family has expanded her daughters are married and both have children of their own. Now she can watch her children raise her grandchildren in the same beautiful small town which thankfully hasn’t changed all that much.
Lori has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. She enjoys working with people to find their new home, or vacant land to build one. If it’s river front property that you’re looking for or farm land she will work hard to meet all your needs.
In Lori’s spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and when time permits going to the beach, movies or any nearby festivals or craft shows. She also enjoys reading and crafting.
Terry grew up in the rural woods of North Western Pennsylvania in a little town called Pleasantville.
Still a teenager, Terry moved with her parents to Cape Coral, Florida, a then up and coming town on the quiet southwest coast. In the mid 80’s, while working in an unlicensed position with a real estate firm on Sanibel Island, Terry decided to obtain her Florida real estate license.
Since that time Terry has enjoyed an exciting career in real estate sales. Assisting builders with land acquisition for their home buyers, as well as speculation building, was one of the first avenues that kept Terry busy in the field. She also enjoyed working with the many European buyers that were attracted to the warm beaches of Florida, and grew that circle of her business.
During the years Terry was also proud of her most important job, being a mom. Not wanting to give up any of life’s experiences, Terry raised her son in her real estate office. It is not surprising that her son, Alexander is now a licensed agent, in Southwest Florida.
With the growth rate being experienced in south Florida, she began to seek out a part of her original up-bringing… “Country Living”. When she made her first trip to Live Oak, she immediately knew this would be her new home. With the possibilities to garden 12 months a year, hunting, fishing, woods to explore, she has knew she made the correct choice.
It is true that when you really believe in your product, and enjoy all the aspects of it, you can easily sell it. Terry truly loves her lifestyle in Live Oak!

Sylvia Newell came to the United States in 1986 from England on a business visa with her husband and two young children. In the early years they started out owning and operating a fast food restaurant on Gulf Boulevard in St. Petersburg, FL. It was hard work and a big adjustment for the family but she credits it as the best decision ever made for her and her family.
In 1987 they moved to Live Oak after seeing a piece of land advertised in a free newspaper. Suwannee County reminded Syliva of home in England with its fields and farms and countryside. It was a dream come true to own 12 acres of land, unheard of where she was from!
Sylvia was a stay at home mum for 16 years, all her children attended Suwannee County schools and then later all went on to college and graduated with degrees from FSU, UF and Emory Riddell. In Sylvia’s opinion – the schools are some of the best in the area.
She later went to school for X-ray tech and also worked at the Florida Department of Transportation for a year. She then decided to go into real estate and obtained her license in 2003. She also served on the Suwannee County Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment for 3 years.
One of the most rewarding sales she had was when she sold an old church to a group from Miami who bought the church to utilize as a retreat for young people, She was even asked to sing at the grand opening! Poultry farms are another favorite of hers and although complex are very interesting and rewarding.
In her leisure time she loves to read and loves cooking, as well as sing in the choir and occasionally do a solo at her church in Live Oak.
Since starting her career in real estate, she has been helping customers buy and sell residential real estate, timberland, poultry farms, and vacant land. She looks forward to being able to help you as well!
Billy grew up in and around the real-estate business from an early age, as a teen he was assisting and working with Enola on website and internet marketing for properties when she was starting out as an agent herself nearly 20 years ago. This developed an interest in internet marketing, graphic design and photography early on and he first started using Adobe Photoshop at age 14. Billy has further merged his interest in photography with the real-estate business and prides himself on high-end photography equipment and methodology other competitors are unwilling to learn in order to provide the best possible marketing for customers’ listings.
He is most interested in unique and difficult to market properties that require a plan of action and steps to market towards prospective buyers. Previous projects include a large parcel of land on the Santa Fe River privately owned with a 2nd magnitude fresh water spring, the sale of a motocross track that went viral with 300+ people viewing its website at one time, and other specialty properties with unique characteristics.
Billy believes that his early life background in the real-estate industry and different types of marketing gives his office United Country – Lands of North Florida Realty an edge not easily duplicated. He was born in Miami, FL and his mother and father moved to rural Live Oak FL after Hurricane Andrew came through in 1992.
The family became full time residents of Suwannee County in 1994. They made the move for the small town rural appeal without as much hustle and bustle, traffic and sprawling development as South Florida. Suwannee County and North Florida in general had that appeal for them.
Billy has traveled the United States – and still loves North Florida for its rural culture and beautiful countryside. In the local community he became a board member of a local non-profit organization managing a recreational park in the City of Live Oak, Friends of Heritage Park & Gardens in 2011 and its Vice President in 2015. He was added as a director for the North Florida Multiple Listing Service in early 2015 and later that year elected as Secretary/Vice President.
In 2014 and 2015 he participated in the planning, and implementation of a community event called “Raid on the Suwannee” that received funding from the Live Oak Community Redevelopment Agency and also the Suwannee County Tourist Development Council to help market the event. He has shared his expertise in choosing rural property on Jack Spirko’s “The Survival Podcast” a syndicated internet broadcast with over 50,000 listeners that discusses rural and independent living.
Some of his other interests include the outdoors- Billy is an NRA member and a collector of Curio & Relic firearms, off-road motorsports, motorcycling, personal watercraft, the area springs and rivers, welding and metal fabrication as well as photography.
